Account & Data Deletion Request - QR Pixel

If you use QR Pixel and wish to delete your account and all associated cloud data, you can do so easily by following the steps below.

Option 1: Delete Account directly from the App

Open the QR Pixel app on your device.
Go to Settings.
Tap on Sign Out / Clear Data or select Delete Account.
Confirm deletion. All your cloud backups and account information will be permanently deleted.

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can request manual account deletion by emailing us:

Details to include: The email address associated with your QR Pixel account.

Your Google Sign-In profile link and account credentials stored in Firebase Authentication.
All your synchronized QR code history and vault items stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore.
No data is retained after account deletion is completed.
